14.30u A t/m I
15.00u J t/m O
15.30u P t/m Z
Als u uw oude uitnodiging voor de pneumokokkenvaccinatie nog heeft, neem deze dan alstublieft mee.
Yes, the general practices have the NPA label. This means that we meet national quality requirements for general practices.
Our center consists of two general practices. Permanent GPs work in every practice. In addition, our center employs medical assistants and practice assistants. In addition, you will find a dietician and podiatrist in our health center.
Always discuss your complaint with the relevant counselor first. Are you unable to figure it out? You can find a complaint form on our website.
Are you really unable to attend on the day you are scheduled? Then you can make an appointment with the assistant yourself later. As soon as possible, this option will also appear in your online file.
The times for the flu vaccination are organized according to the first letter of your last name. Can you do it on the day, but not at the time stated in the invitation? Then you can simply come at a different time that is arranged for a different letter. You don't need to call to do this.
We give the flu and pneumococcal vaccinations every year in the autumn. If you are eligible, you will automatically receive an invitation in the mail. We also post a news item about this on our website.

Repeat medication that you request from us is usually ready at your own pharmacy within two business days.
Repeat prescriptions can be requested via your online file or by phone via the recipe line (option 2). Please note: you always request medication from the hospital or specialized care (such as mental health care) there, as long as you are under treatment.

Yes, via your online file. There you will find the results and the doctor's explanation.
Most results will be in your online file within a few days. Sometimes it takes longer, for example during extensive research. The doctor often tells this in advance. Of course, you can also call the assistant if you prefer to call.
Within two business days, you will see the results in your online file. The doctor usually includes a brief explanation. Would you prefer to call? Then contact the assistant after two business days.
You can read the doctor's advice via your online file. Do you still have questions? Then you can also ask the doctor online.
You can discuss your wishes for the future with our elderly nurse or nurse specialist. They take the time to do this and record everything in your medical file. Consider, for example, choices about resuscitation, a hospital stay or treatment in the last phase of life. This way, all healthcare providers know what's important to you. Of course, you can also discuss this with your doctor if you prefer.
You only need to do this if asked by the doctor or nurse. You monitor your blood pressure for 5 days. On https://www.thuisarts.nl/hoge-bloeddruk/ik-wil-zelf-thuis-mijn-bloeddruk-meten It describes in detail how to do this. Preferably enter the values via your online file; then they will be processed directly into your medical file. If this does not work, you can download a form from our website and submit it to the assistant.
Most of the time, you don't need to specially prepare. When installing a spiral, you can take naproxen 500 mg (available at pharmacies) one hour in advance to reduce abdominal cramps. Sometimes you are advised not to do heavy work or effort on the day of the procedure. Keep in mind that an operation takes an average of half an hour. The doctor always decides in advance whether an operation is necessary. Often, the procedure cannot take place immediately and you must make a second appointment for the procedure.
Do you want to start contraception? First, check thuisarts.nl for more information about the various options. Then make an appointment by phone with the doctor to discuss your wishes and make the right choice together.
You can send an e-consultation via MijnGezondheid.net. This is suitable for short, non-urgent questions. You will usually receive an answer within 1 to 2 business days.
You can make an appointment by phone or online. Online, you can only request an appointment by phone. You can call between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. For visits, this must also be done before 11 am and only if medically necessary. You can call between 1 pm and 2 pm for results or short questions.
The patient must always call himself. Only if someone is really unable to call themselves (for example due to illness or disability) can a family member call. Of course, this also applies to children under 16 years old. It's not possible to call for someone else because they don't have time to call.
The medical assistant has been specially trained for this purpose. She asks questions to properly assess how quickly and who you should contact. This way, you get the right care at the right time. Everything you say remains confidential and is subject to medical confidentiality.

Watch on www.thuisarts.nl in case of fever for advice. Call us immediately if you are very short of breath, drowsy or feel seriously ill. For children under 3 months of age with a fever, you should always call immediately.
You do not need to make an appointment for this. Complete the SOA form and submit it via your online file. You can upload the form as an attachment and send it securely to us. The doctor will then assess which tests are necessary. Note: we will also provide the document for this purpose.

In principle, the doctor does not give any explanations. Here (link https://www.knmg.nl/actueel/dossiers/beroepsgeheim/geneeskundige-verklaring) you can read why doctors don't do this. With your written consent, a medical advisor can request information from us in writing. In our practice, requests for information are usually processed within 4 to 6 weeks. This has to do with the fact that regular patient care gets priority over administrative requests.
A visit to the doctor itself costs you nothing extra and does not deduct your deductible. Examinations or treatments that are done outside the general practice (e.g. blood tests or X-rays) are at your own risk. Check with your health insurer what is reimbursed.
This can easily be done via MijnGezondheid.net or by passing it on to the medical assistant.
You can view your file online yourself via MijnGezondheid.net. Do you want a paper copy? That is possible, but this comes at a cost. A request from, for example, a medical advisor must always be in writing, with your consent.
Can't you come? Then always cancel on time, preferably 24 hours in advance. If you do not do this, we will charge you a fee. These costs are not reimbursed by your health insurer.
Do you have a new doctor? Then your file will be requested from us digitally. As soon as it has been transferred securely, we will unsubscribe you. However, you must give permission for this. Consent can be given online with an e-consultation or by calling the assistant. Without a new doctor, we will keep your file for 15 years by law.
Registration is only possible online via the form on our website. In doing so, we also ask for permission to request your medical information from your previous doctor. This way, we immediately have a complete file.
