You can register with us or sign up for the waiting list if you live in the zip code area 3078 or in 3077 (Oud-IJsselmonde only) and more no doctor has in the neighborhood.
If someone in the neighborhood wants to switch to our practice, this will be done in consultation with the current doctor. This way, we first look at what is appropriate in the situation.
Once a practice has reached the maximum number of patients, the registration link is automatically closed.
In that case, you can sign up for the other practice or the waiting list using the form at the bottom of this page.
When you sign up for the waiting list, this basically applies to both GP practices. You will then be called up via your email when a practice is open. Please note that the waiting time may be longer if you specify a preference.
