We think it's important that you feel well helped in our practice. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied or that you think something could be better. If you have a complaint or problem, please report it using the form below. We take your report seriously and will try to find a solution with you.

Then you can submit your complaint to SKGE (Primary Care Complaints and Disputes Foundation). An SKGE complaints officer is independent and impartial. He or she can mediate between you and your doctor or acting doctor. The complaints officer does not take sides and does not give an opinion. Do you want to make use of this option?
