Ordering medications
You can easily request your repeat medication via your online file.
How does that work exactly?
Here's how it works:
1. Log into your online file. Click the My Drugs tile and then Order Drugs.
2. Choose the medications you want to repeat.
Is your medication not listed? Then post a comment with your additional request.
Is this not working or would you prefer to call? Then call the general practice and choose option 2 in the menu to record your prescription via the prescription line.
Note: repeat prescriptions cannot be requested via the assistant.
