Onze huisartsen werken in twee praktijken:
Huisartsenpraktijk Bouwland & Van Leeuwen
Hier werken dr. Bouwland en dr. Van Leeuwen als vaste huisartsen.
Huisartsenpraktijk De Dok
Hier werken dr. Kleton en dr. Reitsma als vaste huisartsen.
U mag altijd aangeven bij welke huisarts u het liefst een afspraak maakt. Dit kan bij de huisartsen van de praktijk waar u staat ingeschreven. Soms kan het bij een andere huisarts sneller.
Niet alle zorg wordt door een huisarts gedaan. Een deel van de zorg wordt verzorgd door onze verpleegkundig specialisten of andere medewerkers van het team. Ook werkt er een huisarts in opleiding in de praktijk van Bouwland & van Leeuwen. Deze werkt onder begeleiding van dr Bouwland of dr van Leeuwen.

Watch on www.thuisarts.nl in case of fever for advice. Call us immediately if you are very short of breath, drowsy or feel seriously ill. For children under 3 months of age with a fever, you should always call immediately.
In Rotterdam-IJsselmonde, you can visit two STAR vaccination locations:
- Herenwaard 38 — open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Palm Garden 69 — open on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
You can also use other STAR vaccination locations in the region. Sometimes the doctor will refer you to the hospital for blood tests; this will always be discussed with you beforehand.
In principle, the doctor does not give any explanations. Here (link https://www.knmg.nl/actueel/dossiers/beroepsgeheim/geneeskundige-verklaring) you can read why doctors don't do this. With your written consent, a medical advisor can request information from us in writing. In our practice, requests for information are usually processed within 4 to 6 weeks. This has to do with the fact that regular patient care gets priority over administrative requests.
Can't you come? Then always cancel on time, preferably 24 hours in advance. If you do not do this, we will charge you a fee. These costs are not reimbursed by your health insurer.
