Making an appointment with the doctor?
The medical assistant always asks for the reason for your contact so that she can assess how urgent your complaint is. This is necessary to provide the right care and to be able to set priorities.
Always call in case of an emergency or serious complaints.
One complaint can be discussed per appointment. Do you want to discuss two complaints or do you expect to need more time (for example, in case of psychological complaints)? Then schedule a double appointment.

8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
