Quality mark

This label is awarded by the NPA and reviewed every three years. A practice with this label meets established standards that are important to you as a patient. Examples include good accessibility, appropriate care and good cooperation with other healthcare providers, such as specialists or physiotherapists.

The standards are set by an independent Board of Experts, including GPs and the Netherlands Patient Federation. In this way, the voice of patients is also included.

The label shows what you can expect from your doctor and that the practice continues to develop to help you better and better. More information can be found at npacertificering.nl.
